 Fee Schedules
DeMuth Realty Services, Inc. fees are at market rates with contracts
 negotiated with "each client" for all the necessary required services and fees.
Sample Fees:
Disposition
6% of the gross selling price.
Leases
6% of the base rent, first term.
3% of the base rent of each term thereafter.
Sale of Assets
10% of the gross selling price.
Sale of Business
10% of the gross selling price.

Note: All fees are payable in full at the closing of a sale of assets, business and dispositions. Lease fees are due based upon the terms of the lease
and/or at the execution of the valid lease.
